![]() Hey guys, it's fine to talk about preferences like this. ![]() I think people are being condescending assholes about the discussion itself. You can prefer one size but it's just not worth fighting a war over. ![]() At least that's what I saw when people started to nitpick the quill length, but again for those where it's the case it's the marketing they should be mad at, because debating about this is stupid. On their own none of those things are really worth getting riled up over, but as it stacks up I really can't deny seeing the pattern here. Suddenly all the boost pads look like the ones from Sonic 2, Lost World starts mixing old springs with the old ones, there was even a free update to the Sonic Dash mobile game that replaced all the enemies' Generations models to make them look more like the classics, and then there's this, Sonic's model also starting to look more like the Classic Sonic one (making the inclusion of Classic Sonic feel even less standing now that I think about it). While I do think the debate is stupid, a difference I'd say I noticed with this compared to the green eye debacle is that this one seems to have popped up as a symptom of the whole Classic imagery marketing Sega has been shoving down our throat for years.
